    Black Card holders receive a 3-month extension at the end of 2 years; Gold Card holders receive a 2-month extension at the end of 1 year. Extensions must be activated by contacting the salon team.

  • Are discounts combinable with promotions?

    Yes—membership discounts apply to services and retail items—unless otherwise specified. Promotional deals may also include additional perks.

  • What happens if I don’t use all services?
